• A refund transfer allows  a customer to pay their tax preparation related fees and other amounts with their refund.

• Customers choose refund products because they enjoy having their taxes prepared by a professional without having to pay anything upfront.

• Typically, refund timing depends on when the IRS or State releases the refund to Refund Advantage Bank but it is usually released within 21 days. 

  • *The IRS Will not start releasing refunds for taxpayers that have the EITC and/or ACTC until February 15  due to the PATH Act.​
